The Board of Directors is delighted to announce the appointment of Gemma Good BSc (Hons) MRICS as Group Managing Director of Jackson Rowe with immediate effect. Gemma has enjoyed a highly successful career in the construction industry including the delivery of major projects at Laing O’Rourke & ISG. Gemma joined Jackson Rowe in 2014 and was appointed as Managing Director in 2022. Gemma has been instrumental in developing the highly successful Project Delivery and Employment & Skills service offerings.
The appointment of a Group Managing Director reflects the realisation of Jackson Rowe’s strategic objectives; steady and sustainable growth coupled with service offering diversification. Gemma will be responsible for overseeing the Expert & Dispute, Project Delivery and Employment & Skills Service areas of the Jackson Rowe business.
Gemma is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by profession and has 20+ years of experience incorporating civil engineering, main contracting, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, strategic, residential, and infrastructure projects. Gemma’s enthusiasm and genuine interest in both our people and our clients, combined with her knowledge and understanding of the business, will continue to contribute to the continued success of Jackson Rowe.
