Adjudication

Our adjudicators have day-to-day experience and bring their skills to bear, when acting for parties during proceedings. In 95% of cases where we have conducted proceedings on behalf of our clients, a successful decision has been obtained. In other cases an acceptable settlement has been reached prior to the issue of an adjudicator’s decision.

Since 2000, adjudication has become the most prevalent method of settling disputes or differences arising under building contracts.

Our experienced adjudicators, have a wealth of experience acting as adjudicators in their individual capacity, which enables them to properly and efficiently manage disputes through the whole of the adjudication process for either referring or responding parties.

At Jackson Rowe, we are experienced in operating in the intense (and often traumatic for our clients) environment brought about by the very tight timescales imposed by the adjudication process whether for the referring or responding party.
