Project Review and Advice (Cost & Programme)

Jackson Rowe provide cost and programme advice during a project to ensure the client is always fully appraised of their position. We are often requested to provide specific advice following a revised valuation or programme being issued by a party to the contract, usually where an independent view of the true value or time effect of a project following progress issues, disruption and or variations to the contract is required.

These reviews assist with duration or cost certainty for a client and can be used to head off any potential issues with either time or cost that could potentially end up in dispute at a later date.

We provide this service as part of our project delivery service where appointed to manage a client’s project, or independently where a client seeks some advice in relation to the effect of delays, disruption or additional costs, which are often the main causes of disputes on construction projects.
