Making Mental Health and Wellbeing Visible on Site – Jackson Rowe Supports #MakeItVisible

10 January 2024

In the demanding world of construction and frontline trades, where grit and resilience are often celebrated, mental health and wellbeing can sometimes be overlooked.

A growing awareness of the importance of mental health is gaining momentum and Jackson Rowe is taking a proactive step towards fostering mental health awareness and support by partnering with the Lighthouse Charity’s #MakeItVisible team. Led by our Mental Health First Aider – Director, Sandy Barnes this collaborative effort aims to bring essential mental health services to the forefront.

On 9 January 2024 Jackson Rowe organised and attended the #MakeItVisible event at our Boorley Gardens site giving the team the opportunity to share personal experiences and provide crucial information through their ‘Toolbox Talk’.
