“Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge gender equality. Collectively for #IWD2025 we can all #AccelerateAction” [source: internationalwomensday.com].

This International Women’s Day, Jackson Rowe is proud to celebrate the incredible contributions of women in construction, breaking barriers and shaping the future of our industry.

At Jackson Rowe, we are proud to have strong women leading the way, including Group Managing Director, Gemma Good, Director, Sandy Barnes and Finance Director, Natalie Head. Their leadership, expertise and dedication inspires change and drives progress in a traditionally male-dominated field. (Hard) Hats off to the hard work and achievements of women in construction, whose impact strengthens both our industry and the communities we build.
