Jackson Rowe’s Community Engagement Initiatives

19 December 2024

This year, our Employment & Skills team broadened their Community Engagement initiatives by incorporating prison visits into their program.

Harry Rippon, Jackson Rowe’s Head of Employment & Skills and Charlotte Mullin, Social Value Manager at ITS Construction, visited Winchester Prison to talk about career opportunities in the construction industry for individuals with relevant experience, and pathways for those seeking a fresh start in a new field.

During their visit, Harry and Charlotte met people preparing for release and actively seeking employment opportunities. HMPS Winchester plays a vital role in supporting reintegration into society, with many relocating to areas across Hampshire and as far as Wokingham.
