World Mental Health Day is an opportunity for people and communities to unite – to improve knowledge, raise awareness and drive actions that promote and protect everyone’s mental health. Good mental health is vital to our overall health and wellbeing and Jackson Rowe is thankful to have our Director, Sandy Barnes as our own Mental Health First Aider.

 

Recognising the importance of mental health is a positive step towards building a more mentally healthy and inclusive society.
