Trevor Drury is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager, Project Manager, Expert Witness, Adjudicator and accredited Mediator with over 35 years’ construction industry experience, having worked for both contractors and consultancies.

Trevor is a practising Expert at Jackson Rowe, Managing Director of Morecraft Drury and specialises in construction dispute resolution and avoidance, adjudication, forensic investigations, expert witness, plus project recovery and turnaround services.

Trevor is also a panel adjudicator, a member of the Society of Construction Law, Adjudication Society and Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Building Bristol Hub, Chairman of the Western Counties Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and past Chairman and current Honorary Secretary of the Consultant Quantity Surveyors Association.

He has been appointed as an expert witness in both project management and quantity surveying by international law firms on behalf of their clients and directly by global energy companies. He is also an accredited mediator and represents clients in adjudications. He has advised and acted on behalf of numerous large public bodies, corporate clients and contractors.

Personal sector experience includes energy, road, rail and airport infrastructure, office, industrial, healthcare, education, prison, defence, Olympic and other sports venues, leisure, food, retail, municipal, hotel, fit-out, social and private residential development within the UK and internationally.
