Incorporating practical site based experience with a civil engineering background, Omar is able to quickly recognise and forecast potential problems within projects and initiate appropriate action. He has extensive experience in negotiating S278 and S38 agreements and is fully versed in the application process for S104, S185, S102 and S106 adoption packages.
