Ian is an expert Claims Consultant working on complex disputes with an outstanding understanding of estimating, project engineering, procurement, planning, subcontract management and commercial management.

Ian’s areas of expertise include independent expert opinion on time related issues, delay analysis for claims and defence, planning, CPM (Critical Path Method), scheduling and contract administration. Ian has provided expert delay opinion in Alternative Dispute Resolution Forums and litigation proceedings.

Ian has worked on a variety of projects in the UK and abroad which consist of on- and off-shore wind farms, topsides, power transmission and distribution, waste-to-energy power plants, cogeneration power plants, nuclear facilities, gas pipelines, tunnels, oilfields, railway stations, hotels, ports and petrochemical facilities.
