Urgent appeal from World In Need Charity

17 March 2022

No-one watching the news or reading a newspaper can fail to be moved by the situation in Ukraine and the plight of its civilians, many of whom are fleeing across the border into Poland.  So far Poland has taken in over 1,000,000 refugees (mainly women and children) and this number is likely to increase.

These people urgently need basic necessities, including food and medicine.  World In Need (WIN) already has a base in Poznan, Poland, making them ideally placed to offer immediate aid and assistance.

Their teams will ensure that all funds bypass middlemen and go directly to those families desperately in need.

So, please, if you can make a donation, WIN will ensure that every penny counts.
