Jackson Rowe Supports World Menopause Day

18 October 2024

On 18th October 2024, World Menopause Day will raise awareness about menopause and its health impacts, with this year’s theme addressing workplace support for menopausal women.

Open conversations about menopause are vital to breaking the stigma that surrounds this natural phase of a woman’s life. Menopause is often misunderstood or ignored, leaving many women feeling isolated and unsupported during a time of significant physical and emotional change. World Menopause Day (WMD) encourages these discussions, helping to normalise menopause and raise awareness about its challenges. By promoting open dialogue, WMD highlights the importance of accessible healthcare and the need for menopause-friendly workplace policies, ensuring that women receive the support they need both personally and professionally.

Together we can create an environment where women feel empowered and supported.
