Today, we honour all who served – those who laid down their lives, those who returned home changed forever and those who continue to serve in the pursuit of peace. Their courage and sacrifice remind us of the true cost of war.
As we observe the 2-minute silence, we reflect not only on the past but our shared responsibility to build a peaceful future.
