Jackson Rowe Marks Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week reminds us that wellbeing matters every day. At Jackson Rowe, we’re proud to champion open conversations and support across our team. Our Mental Health First Aider, Director Sandy Barnes, leads with compassion and is passionate about promoting awareness and understanding. This week is a chance to pause, check in with ourselves and each other, and continue building a culture where wellbeing is prioritised and stigma has no place.

We’re also proud to collaborate with the Lighthouse Charity, enabling us to offer our colleagues access to vital resources – including 24/7 confidential support, professional advice, and wellbeing services tailored to the needs of the construction industry.
