Edward Picton appointed as a Mechanical and Electrical (Building Services) Expert Consultant by Jackson Rowe

We are pleased to announce that Edward Picton has been appointed as a Mechanical and Electrical (Building Services) Expert Consultant by Jackson Rowe.

Edward and Jackson Rowe have worked together on various commissions over the last fifteen years and have elected to formalise their relationship, so as to offer a synergic approach to Construction Disputes, especially those which contain either contractual or technical issues that have an M&E bias.

Edward has nearly 40 years of experience working within the building services industry. Over the last 25 years he has held senior management positions within M&E consulting practices. His extensive experience includes design, project management and facilities consultancy. In early 2010 Edward was admitted as a Fellow to the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. Since then, Edward has become significantly involved in Dispute Resolution, including mediation and acting as an Expert Witness.
