Congratulations to Jackson Rowe’s Neil Forte – Registered Expert Witness

The team at Jackson Rowe are thrilled to congratulate our Neil Forte in achieving the title of RICS Registered Expert Witness.

Neil’s dedication to ongoing training has seen him collect an impressive resume of qualifications including;

Neil is a RICS trained Adjudicator, a RICS Registered Expert Witness, a RICS trained Mediator and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

He is also a panel registered Arbitrator at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for the Business Arbitration Scheme and an examiner at the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors.

Neil is a member of The Society of Construction Law and The Adjudication Society.

Neil is qualified with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management , a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Construction Law and Adjudication and a Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma (PgCert & PgDip) in Construction Law and Adjudication.

Neil is also qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Adjudication from the RICS and has undergone the Expert Witness Accreditation Training and the Accredited Mediator Training at the RICS.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) a member of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES) a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and an associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).
