Project Management
Managing the programming and sequencing of projects. Acting as Clients Representative in the delivery of projects.
Jackson Rowe offer a Project Management service, that goes hand-in-hand with our Quantity Surveying Solutions.
We work closely with the Client and the Clients Team to deliver a project that matches the Clients brief. Our role is to ensure that the programme is adhered to and the project delivered to time, quality and budget. We are there to drive the Team and advise the Client on a regular basis on project delivery.

- Management of the programme to ensure project is delivered in time and within budget
- Management of Contractors, Sub-contractors the Supply Chain.
We manage the project strategy and design stage, ensuring that the Client is fully involved long before the project commences, taking into consideration their criteria, identifying and dealing with potential project obstacles and providing risk management solutions. We advise on the appropriate procurement route for the scheme and drawing from our experience, collate, advise and manage the contractual framework and method of procurement of suitable Contractors to carry out the work.
