Daniel is a founding Partner of Jackson Rowe, founded in 1989. Daniel together with the other Directors has passionately driven the business forward in such a way that Jackson Rowe Clients benefit from a hands on approach. This ensures that Jackson Rowe always deliver outstanding results in a timely manner and to the highest standards.

Daniel commenced his career by completing a 5 year Indentured Quantity Surveying training scheme with Wimpey Construction. Daniel then worked for Developers, Major International Contractors, and Civil Engineering Contractors before becoming a founding Partner of Jackson Rowe. Daniel has over 35 years experience throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and Far East. During the last 25 years, Daniel has been involved at a senior level in the Building, Civil Engineering, Petro-Chemical, Process Engineering, Infrastructure and Local Government Sectors.

Daniel specialises in the provision of strategic procurement advice and the provision of Quantum Expert Witness Services as well as advising Clients with regard to Disputes and Claims. Daniel has prepared Expert reports on many major disputes and has acted as Expert in Chief and/or Expert Witness in Litigation, Arbitration, ADR, Tribunals, Mediation and Adjudication.

Daniel is registered with the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme and is a Registered Adjudicator. Daniel is a member of the International Bar Association, the Society of Construction Law and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.
