Bob commenced his career by completing an Indentured Quantity Surveying training scheme with Lovell Construction. Having worked for a number of National Contractors and Consultancy firms on some major landmark projects, Bob joined Jackson Rowe in 1993 and became a Partner in 2001.
Bob has responsibility for providing dedicated solutions by focussing on distinct Client needs and ensuring that clients receive the benefit of our broad range of experience from our Team. Clients feel confident that they consistently get the best possible value with the involvement from the dedication and ‘hands on’ approach from a Director.
In the current climate Bob focuses on providing relevant real time solutions to Developers and Contractors. These include Cost Management, Commercial Management and Dispute and Claims Solutions. As a Director of Jackson Rowe, Bob shares responsibility for securing and delivering the Company’s strategy and turnover.
Bob has acted as Expert and Expert Assistant on construction disputes and has represented parties at Adjudication.
