Jackson Rowe are appointed as Cost Consultants on this 9 storey residential development overlooking Greenland Dock. The completed scheme will provide 41 private and affordable apartments.
Working with Project Manager, Capital City Developments and other members of the design team Jackson Rowe have provided invaluable cost and procurement advice on this demanding project which is on the site of a disused canal lock and with a large brick built sewer traversing the site just to make things interesting!
Cost advice was also provided in support of a planning inquiry for the scheme which involved a thorough review of renewable energy solutions for the building.
The building contract has been let on a 2 Stage Tender basis to Mansell.
