Jackson Rowe are proud to be celebrating 20 years of excellent support to our Clients, especially in these current difficult trading conditions for the economy as a whole and in particular the Construction Industry, which is having to adapt it's business strategies to allow themselves to survive the current challenging conditions.

Jackson Rowe provide, as part of its overall services, bespoke quantity surveying and commercial management services to meet their Clients individual needs and requirements of trading, and we are seeing currently increased activity from Clients seeking our support to clear the work-in-progress provisions made within their accounts in order to generate cash income and to help reduce any trading risk profile, which in its own right enhances our Clients abilities with their respective markets.

Banks are also requesting our services to support the security of business loans for various construction and development projects by appointing Jackson Rowe as Bank Monitoring specialists, and Jackson Rowe see this as a growing market generally. We are sure that such monitoring, when promoted by Clients themselves, with their own business cases, will allow businesses funding arrangements to commence new construction and development schemes and projects.

A ground breaking idea to create a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice utilising the detailed knowledge and experience of Quantity Surveyors from major contractors came to fruition when Jackson Rowe opened for business back in 1989. Since then Jackson Rowe has taken forward and been at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that meets the real time needs of our Clients.
