Daniel Rowe

Managing Director
Daniel is a very experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and is recognised worldwide as being one of the top quantum experts in the construction industry.
Daniel commenced his career by completing an indentured training scheme with the George Wimpey Group and worked for a developer and major international contractors.
Daniel was a founding partner of Jackson Rowe in 1989 and has gained a wide range of experience around the world including building, civil engineering, petro-chemical and process engineering, commercial, retail and hospital projects. Daniel has also worked on major civil engineering projects including airports, water and sewage plants, pipelines, waste transfer stations and major roads.
Daniel provides strategic advice for procurement and contractual matters and Expert advice on disputes and dispute resolution. Daniel is an experienced Expert Witness as well as a registered Adjudicator.
Graham Harrison

Director
Graham is a very experienced chartered quantity surveyor and has worked for many years in the construction industry. Graham joined Jackson Rowe in 1992 and has been involved at a senior level in the preparation, defence and negotiation of contractual claims and is a registered adjudicator and carries out Quantum Expert Witness services. Graham is particularly experienced and knowledgeable in the following sectors:
Building, civil engineering, oil & gas, facilities management process engineering infrastructure and local government.
Bob Hearnden

Director
Bob is a very experienced quantity surveyor and has worked extensively for national contractors having completed an indentured training scheme at Lovell Construction as well as in private practice. Bob joined Jackson Rowe in 1993 and focuses on projects for developers, contractors and building owners covering; cost management, commercial management and dispute and claims solutions. Bob specialises in the provision of commercial management services to the residential, commercial rail and infrastructure sectors.
Duncan Hughes-Phillips

Director
Duncan is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor who commenced his structured training with Jackson Rowe whilst an undergraduate at Kingston University.
Upon graduating in 1994 Duncan worked for Jackson Rowe in the Far East and was based in Hong Kong where he worked on a variety of projects throughout Asia, including the new Hong Kong airport at Chep Lap Kok.
Duncan has since built up a wealth of experience on commissions involving Infrastructure, major civil engineering, construction, residential and commercial projects in the UK and overseas. Duncan is involved at a senior level in dispute resolution, adjudication and quantum expert witness commissions.
