There are two routes that you may take with Jackson Rowe as a graduate to becoming a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
Option 1
If you have a non RICS accredited degree and posses the following skills you may wish to consider a career in Quantity Surveying.
To be a Quantity Surveyor you must possess the following skills & Interests:

budget management skills
•
good IT skills and an aptitude for maths
•
a methodical approach to work
•
be well organised
•
excellent communication and negotiating skills
•
be able to work as part of a team.
If your first Degree is a non RICS accredited Degree you can complete with Jackson Rowe a postgraduate conversion course (day release), followed by completion of your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). The APC assesses a candidate's ability to practice as a Chartered Surveyor.
Jackson Rowe is a RICS Approved Structured Training Provider. On commencement of employment with Jackson Rowe a Structured Training Programme is put in place. This enables you to experience a range of disciplines to supplement enhance your studies. You will be appointed a Supervisor & Counsellor to help you achieve the required competencies.
Option 2
If you hold an RICS Accredited Degree you can complete your Assessment of Professional Competence with Jackson Rowe.
Jackson Rowe is a RICS Approved Structured Training Provider. On commencement of employment with Jackson Rowe a Structured Training Programme is put in place. This enables you to experience a range of disciplines to supplement & enhance your studies. You will be appointed a Supervisor & Counsellor to help you achieve the required competencies.
